At Bowling World, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and un-drilled items in their original packaging. Please note that customized equipment, such as pre-drilled bowling balls, cannot be returned unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
