Given the overwhelming success of the GEM™ and Exotic GEM™ around the globe, we
felt it was important to add another viable reaction to this series of balls. So with that
direction in mind, we went to work testing various coverstock materials and ultimately
circled back to the often imitated, never duplicated MicroTrax™ material which features
nanoparticles mixed evenly throughout the entire ball just like the solid and the pearl
before it.

However,this go round we opted to go down the avenue of hybrid in order to compliment
both the solid and the pearl. So with that, we tested all the various combinations of
hybrid from half and half, to more solid than pearl and ultimately we ended up with 2
parts pearl / 1 part solid. This particular combo presented the most performance while
complementing both the GEM and Exotic GEM without overlapping either of them.
